Virtua, a non-profit health system in Southern New Jersey, is committed to effective governance and transparency in financial reporting. Virtua posts information to the Electronic Municipal Market Access (EMMA) as part of its ongoing disclosure requirements related to outstanding debt obligations. EMMA is a web-based information repository and resource that provides investors, state and local governments and other market participants with key information about municipal securities, free of charge.
