Barry Graf
Senior Vice President, Partnerships and Business Development
Barry Graf serves as senior vice president of partnerships and business development. In this role he is responsible for developing and maintaining partnership relationships with physicians and other healthcare providers. This includes oversight of various diagnostic and therapy partnerships as well as a statewide network of ambulatory surgery centers.
Prior to this role he served as vice president of integrated operations for Virtua. He was responsible for ensuring horizontal integration standardizing best practices, driving efficiencies and growing the clinical business across Virtua. He provided executive oversight for surgical services, pharmacy, diagnostic imaging, laboratory, and hospitality services. He is also responsible for identifying practice and process variations in other areas throughout the organization.
Previously, Graf served as vice president of operations for the Virtua Voorhees campus, where he led the transition planning for the new Voorhees facilities. Earlier, Graf had served as administrative director of radiology. Prior to joining Virtua, Graf held management positions at Lower Bucks Hospital, Rancocas Hospital, Garden State Hospital and Tri County Hospital.
Graf earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Widener University and a master’s degree in health administration from Eastern University. He is also a graduate of Crozer Chester Medical Center School of Radiologic Technology. Graf is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He is also a Big Brother mentor.
