Prior to joining Virtua’s executive team, Chrisie served as the chief marketing officer for Hackensack Meridian Health where she led the development and launch of the inaugural brand strategy. She spent most of her career at Meridian Health where she created one of the first truly integrated and consumer-focused health network brands in the state as the vice president of marketing, communications, planning, and community outreach.
Chrisie is the immediate past board president of JDRF NJ Metro Chapter where she is a board member, advocate, and volunteer fundraiser for accelerating a world without type 1 diabetes. She is a member of the Healthcare Executive Forum, a peer-run, executive-level group that fosters accelerated learning, sharing, and professional development in marketing and strategy. In 2020, she was honored as a Top Women in Business by NJBIZ and received the Brand Builder Award from the Leading Business Women Entrepreneurs and Business Owners a couple of years prior. She holds an MBA in marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a bachelor’s degree in communications from Rowan University. She presents nationally on topics related to marketing, branding, experience and authentic leadership and is respected for her particular interest in simplifying and humanizing the language of healthcare.
