Clare Hall

Clare Hall has more than 25 years of healthcare experience and today provides strategic oversight for several of Virtua’s human resources functions, including compensation, benefits, employee health and safety and HR analytics. For the last ten years, she has held progressively responsible positions at Virtua, including vice president and assistant vice president of human resources, where she provided strategy and oversight. Hall’s background in hospital finance brings a unique set of skills to Virtua’s human resource department. She played an integral role in designing and implementing the integrated human resource function during Virtua Health’s acquisition of Lourdes Health System. Prior to joining Virtua, Hall held human resources and finance management positions at other health care institutions. Hall earned her bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Holy Family University and her MBA from the Eastern University. She sits on the board of directors of the NJHA Unemployment Compensation Committee Fund and Mount Laurel Endoscopy Center. She also serves as secretary on the board of the healthcare employees federal credit union.
