Lisa Ferraro
Senior VP, president of Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital
Lisa Ferraro is a senior vice president and president of Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital Prior to transitioning into this role, Ferraro served as an SVP and the chief quality, safety and risk officer. Lisa has been with Virtua for 25 years with roles that focused on integrated operations, patient care, staffing, and case management.
Ferraro has more than 30 years of health care experience in non-profit organizations and started as a medical-surgical registered nurse after graduating from Methodist Hospital School of Nursing. Ferraro went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Widener University and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. In addition, she has a Green Belt Certification in Six Sigma and a graduate of The Academy of GE Fellows Program for Administrative Executives.
Ferraro is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, American Nurses’ Association, and is certified as a Nurse-Executive-Advanced from ANCC. She also serves as a Burlington County Coach for the New Jersey Action Coalition.
