Michael Capriotti
Senior Vice President, Integration and Strategic Operations
Michael W. Capriotti, MBA, is senior vice president of integration and strategic operations for Virtua Health. In this role, Capriotti provides strategic oversight for several of Virtua’s care transformation initiatives, including projects and programs aimed at improving patient access, affordability, and experience.
Prior to this position, Capriotti was Virtua’s vice president of integrated care management. He played an integral role in designing and implementing the integration of business operations during Virtua Health’s acquisition of Lourdes Health System. Capriotti was also instrumental in developing Virtua’s Access Center and Personal Health Navigation Service.
Capriotti began his career at Virtua in the marketing department. As the director of marketing communications, he received several national awards for marketing plans and creative concepts. Capriotti earned his bachelor’s degree in communications and public relations from Rowan University and his MBA from the St. Joseph’s University Erivan K. Haub School of Business. He has also completed the Health Management Academy GE Fellowship program for senior executives.
