Virtua’s Institutional Review Board (IRB) is charged with ensuring the protection of the rights and welfare of research participants based on FDA and DHHS regulations. To become a part of our IRB, review the below resources and instructions.

Please review the Member Responsibilities and Expectations (available on the Virtua Colleague Corner). If you do not have access to the Colleague Corner, please contact irb@virtua.org.

Email the items listed below to irb@virtua.org:

  • A current copy of your CV
  • Complete a non-disclosure form
  • Complete a Conflict of Interest form
  • Complete CITI training
