Personalized Breastfeeding Support

In deciding to breastfeed, you’re nourishing and bonding with your baby in a natural, healthy way, and you're gaining invaluable benefits for yourself, too. 

To support your breastfeeding success, we offer individual consultations or comprehensive, personalized plans for moms breastfeeding for the first time—to moms heading back to work or heading home with a baby leaving the NICU. Our comprehensive plans include private lactation consultations, Virtua Telehealth visits and follow-up emails. 

  • 60-Minute Breastfeeding Consultation
     Led by International Board Certified Lactation Consultants with extensive experience in helping moms and babies meet their breastfeeding goals.
  • 15-Minute Virtua Telehealth Visit
    Virtua offers breastfeeding moms the convenience of a virtual video visit with a board certified lactation consultant through the easy-to-use, secure, HIPAA-compliant Virtua Telehealth application. The application is typically used for pre-scheduled appointments and can be used to receive consultation anywhere such as in your home. The application is compatible with iPhone, iPad and/or Android phone/tablet.
  • New Mom Breastfeeding
    Before you deliver, meet with our lactation consultant to customize your breastfeeding plan. Then get expert, personalized support once you are breastfeeding your new baby via Virtua Telehealth visits.
  • Breastfeeding and Starting Solids
    As you start your baby on solids, meet with our lactation consultant to get a better understanding of how your breastfeeding routine will change and develop a customized plan.
  • Take Your NICU Baby Home
    Coordinate your baby's current breastfeeding discharge plan with your breastfeeding goals. Our lactation consultant will put you at ease with your transition to breastfeeding at home. 
  • Tandem and Toddlers Breastfeeding
    If your toddler is still breastfeeding and you plan to breastfeed your newborn too, our lactation consultant can meet with you to help you with successful tandem breastfeeding techniques. Choose between a lactation consultant office visit or a series of lactation Telehealth visits in the comfort of your home.
