Labor Basics - Mount Holly 2 Night Class

This 2 night program will help you prepare for childbirth, both physically and mentally. This class includes; changes in your body during pregnancy, sings of labor, normal progress of labor and delivery, position in labor, medical procedures and types of pain relief methods (if you are planning a "non-medicated birth" we recommend you take the Breathing and Relaxation class in addition to this class).

It is recommended that you take this class around your 7th month of pregnancy.

This class is held in person with our childbirth expert.

Class Price: $70.00 per Couple

Class Timing: This class is a 2-Night Series that runs both days starting at 6:30pm to 9:00pm.

  • March 13th and March 20th
  • April 14th and April 24th
  • June 24th and June 26th

This class is for Adults only - no children under the age of 18 may attend.

During the Winter months, please visit our website for updates in cancellations or rescheduling due to inclement weather. Our staff will send you an email update if the schedule changes.

We reserve the right to cancel classes when minimum numbers are not met, you will be notified & offered another class.
