Prenatal Yoga

Join us for our prenatal yoga class to grow with your baby! Prenatal yoga embraces the different stages of pregnancy and birth. This class will focus on mindful movement, stretching, breathing as well as meditation.

Class Price: $10.00 per class

Class Timing: Saturday Mornings 10am to 11am

During the Winter months, please visit our website for updates in cancellations or rescheduling due to inclement weather. Our staff will send you an email update if the schedule changes.

We reserve the right to cancel classes when minimum numbers are not met, you will be notified & offered another class.

The educator asks that no dads attend this class. Dads can wait in the conference room lobby or cafeteria if they are their rides.
