Virtua Health is one of two New Jersey-based organizations named to Modern Healthcare magazine’s 2023 national list of “Best Places to Work in Healthcare.” The recognition program honors employers that empower the workforce and provide consumers with outstanding experiences. 

Placement on the prestigious list is based primarily on employee surveys. Modern Healthcare partners with Workforce Research Group to issue the surveys and assess the resulting data. In addition to featuring health systems like Virtua, the list also includes insurers, suppliers, and other segments of the health care industry. View the full list here.

Previously, Virtua has appeared on the Philadelphia Business Journal’s “Best Places to Work” list on 16 occasions. Virtua has also been among Forbes’ “Best-In-State Employers” each year since that program launched in 2019. 

Earlier this week, a comprehensive study listed Virtua among the top 50 health care brands in the U.S.
