Perfect for fueling up your fan base without sending them to the sidelines with food comas, this dip packs in the heat but with a guilt-free twist.

Packed with protein from shredded chicken and creamy Greek yogurt, this dip keeps all the bold, spicy flavors you love but with a fraction of the usual calories. Reduced-fat cream cheese and mozzarella add a smooth, cheesy texture, while blue cheese and a touch of green onion provide extra richness and flavor.

Bake it until golden brown, and then huddle up with celery sticks or tortilla chips to scoop up every last yard of flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 block reduced-fat cream cheese, softened and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/2 cup thinly-sliced green onions

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350-degrees.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix all your ingredients together until well combined.
  3. Transfer your buffalo mixture into an 8x8 baking dish. Make sure you spread your mix into an even layer.
  4. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes until the dip is warm and the edges turn a light golden brown.
  5. Serve warm with celery sticks or tortilla chips.
